Cancellation Policy

We understand that ordering a dress online for such a special event is a very cautious decision you have to make. Taking this into consideration, we create our cancellation policy to protect customer rights. However, it is very necessary to notice that all of our dresses, both standard size and custom measurements, are Made-to-Order. That means the dresses cannot be sold for a second time and the materials cannot be reused once they are returned. The good news is that you still have chance to cancel your order if you change your mind after your payment is confirmed. Now please check out our cancellation policy below in details.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
